You have landed on your new favorite chicken pot pie recipe!

If you are looking for an easy weeknight meal, look no further! This chicken pot pie with biscuits recipe is easy and delicious! My whole family loves it, including my toddler (and that’s saying a lot)!

I’m the kind of gal who likes to make most things from scratch when I can, so I prefer to make my biscuits homemade. But this recipe is designed for store bought canned biscuits! So if you want this to be truly easy and quick – don’t hesitate to just buy them!

Ingredients:

• 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 2 10.5oz cream of chicken soup
• 3 cups frozen vegetables
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 16 canned biscuits
• 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions:

• Preheat your oven to 375°F.
• Spray or coat a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or oil
• In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen vegetables, garlic, and shredded cheeses
• Mix everything until combined
• Pour the mixture into the baking dish
• Grab the can of biscuits and open. Cut each biscuit into quarters, then place them into a bowl.
• Drizzle the biscuits with the melted butter, and toss to coat them
• Bake the biscuits for about 5 minutes on a greased baking sheet.
• Top the chicken mixture with the biscuits.
• Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes.
