Pork Chops Recipe

Pork chops: the most underrated cut of meat. I don’t know why but it took me forever to break away from chicken, and ground beef and my go to meats for dinner. And don’t get me wrong, those are still the most frequently used… but I have recently begun branching out to using pork. As well as different types of meat cuts and it’s been so fun to learn how to cook them. Plus it’s just a nice change of pace at dinner time to have something new!

I grew up eating pork chops often! But never bought them myself as an adult. I can honestly say I will be changing that from here on out because I forgot how much I like them and they are relatively cheap!

I think the hardest thing with pork chops is they tend to come out dry pretty easily. This recipe is one that has produced consistent juicy pork chops for me, I simply had to share it with you! Enjoy!

  • Rub the olive oil evenly over both sides of each pork chop
  • Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each pork chop, rubbing it in gently to ensure it adheres well.
  • Place the seasoned pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F at the thickest part.
  • Remove them from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
