The Elf on the Shelf tradition is a fun way to build excitement throughout December, but coming up with new ideas every night can be a challenge. Especially when bedtime hits and you suddenly remember, “Oh no, I forgot to move the elf!”
For so long I swore I would never “do the Elf thing” at Christmas. I did not grow up with it, and so it was a new concept for me that felt like a huge commitment. But of course, time changes you, and so do babies. So here we are. Planning out what I will be doing to make the 25 days of Christmas special for my kiddos. Well, I’ve got you covered with 50 easy and toddler-friendly Elf on the Shelf ideas that are cute, simple to set up, and guaranteed to bring big smiles to little faces. No glitter explosions or elaborate setups required. Just fun, festive magic your kids will love.
